Apprentices celebrate success with graduation

Acacia Training apprentices from Staffordshire recently celebrated their accomplishments at Staffordshire’s Apprenticeship Graduation Ceremony, held at the County Showground near Stafford.

Staffordshire-based Acacia Training is a high quality training company specialising in fully funded and bespoke training for the childcare and health and social care sector.

Amongst those graduating were students studying Higher Apprenticeships in the management of care home and childcare settings, which offer degree level study through work based learning.

Managing Director Victoria Sylvester comments: “Acacia Training apprentices work hard to complete and balance their qualification whilst gaining industry experience and therefore deserve to celebrate with a graduation ceremony.

She adds: “It’s a great opportunity to celebrate the success of apprentices. They all work so hard and deserve a special day – we’d like to see all our apprentices celebrating their achievements throughout the UK.”

Would your employees benefit from apprenticeships in care, early years or leadership and management? Or could you grow your workforce by working with Acacia to recruit and train apprentice carers, just like HC-One?
