Due to continuous development, OFSTED grade 2 Training Company Acacia Training requires a Health and Social Care Tutor/Assessor covering Taunton and surrounding areas.

Based from home candidates should hold a relevant TAQA, A1, D32/D33 qualification or equivalent, also a minimum of NVQ/QCF level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care. Qualifications or experience in Children and Young Peoples Workforce would be advantageous but not essential.

The successful individual will be responsible for developing and supporting caseload of approximately 45-50 learners and have:

The ability to organise and prioritise work
Good communication skills along with the ability to present to both individuals and small groups
Experience of working with apprenticeships
A full current driving licence

Beauty Therapy Tutor/Assessor
22.5 hours per week, London Based

Based in London (E11 postcode) in a newly opened salon, this newly created positon offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward thinking individual to join our team. You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in a Beauty Therapy or relevant equivalent, hold a teaching qualification and have experience of delivering and assessing learners undertaking beauty therapy qualifications.

Initially on a flexible part-time basis (22.5 hours per week) it is likely that the development of our programmes will lead to the position becoming full-time within six months.

The successful individual will possess:
 A minimum of a formal Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
 Two to three years post qualification experience
 PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification
 Teaching/Assessing experience
 Assessing qualification (A1 or equivalent)
 Evidence of continual personal development
 Good communication skills/people skills
 Demonstrable commitment to safeguarding and health and safety in the working environment.
 A commitment to the provision of a high quality learning experience.
 Formal Qualifications in Nail Technology, Make-up Artistry or Micro-blading would be beneficial

Due rapid and consistent growth, Acacia Training Ltd, a well-regarded training company are looking to recruit an experienced, motivated and ambitious Sales Executive based in the based in the North West of England but able to travel extensively throughout the UK.

Concentrating on business development, you will be able to close the deal and develop strategies to attract and maintain clients. You will be equally adept at face to face presentations and telephone based sales. Enthusiasm, self motivation and a genuine desire to achieve will all be within your skill set as will a passion for sales and winning new business.

The core duties in this role will include:
• Management and maintenance of sales accounts.
• Generation of new business
• Develop and expand existing client base
• Generating and follow up sales leads
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

The successful individual will possess:
 A minimum of two-year’s experience of working in a sales role
 Experience of working in a training environment along with knowledge of Apprenticeships and Work Programme Schemes
 Experience in generating new business
 Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
 A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
 Ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels
 Strong time management skills
