skills for care accreditation

Our Story

Back in 2001 Acacia Training was founded on the principle that we wanted to deliver training differently.

Our mission is:

To deliver high quality teaching which develops the skills, knowledge and behaviour of our learners to ensure we provide our employers with employees who deliver high standards in their organisations, whilst stretching and challenging our learners to progress onto higher levels and aspire to be the best they can be

Aspirations:

  • High quality teaching and learning
  • Good success rates
  • Positive destinations/progression for learners
  • Good reputation
  • Growth and stability
  • Strong core ethos

The Acacia Training team
We started out in the care industry determined to provide courses that genuinely meet employer needs, having experienced our own skills shortages as the owner of two care homes that struggled to recruit and retain quality staff.
